Omeep and Asala's Pulls

Just got our first Mythic Box. The tea was Shou Mei White tea. We got a collector booster in our set, which I was thrilled about, as a DM for a Ravnica campaign though, I likely got more excited than I should have.

Got some pretty Decent pulls, Think the best, hands down, was the Foil, extended art Inferno of the Star Mounts! Also happy I pulled a treasure vaults, which may or may not find its way into my CEDH Kinnan deck or my more casual Toothy and Pir Deck!

Side note, The Relic Token pack was a neat surprise, I forgot they existed. Wife loves the Wolf relic token the most out of the pulls for her mono green Garruk EDH.

Wow! Those were some great pulls! I'd have to agree that the full-art foil Inferno was the star of that show. ;) (oof!) We figured more than a few people had forgotten about Relic Tokens, but with MH2, D&D, Innistrad: MH, etc. a lot of the tokens from that series are now super useful again... in fact, I think you both managed to pull almost all of them in one pack! Thank you for subscribing and taking the time to post. Genuinely, stories like yours are what make us truly happy and the personal connections to the pulls and surprises are icing on the cake! We hope you enjoy the tea as much as the cards!

We certainly did. Teas got some nice amount of caffeine in it, that's for sure. Ended up using it instead of coffee the next morning haha. So far the tea bags have gotten two uses and still retains the flavor very well. Not sure if it will retain enough flavor for a third steep, but here's to hoping =)

@meepster104 That is a special grade Shou Mei white tea which is very much like a white oolong, and like oolong it can be re-steeped multiple times. If you increase the water temperature and steep time a bit each time, you will continue to notice new changes and subtlety in the flavor as you go. With really high-grade whole-leaf teas, you can usually get 2-3 re-steepings without any trouble, and some can go 5+ especially teas like Puer where they can really just start getting good at 3-4 re-steeps.
